New itinerary and other fun facts we keep forgetting...

Fun things we keep forgetting

1. Belts are back or never left in Europe...
2. MC Hammer/low crotches pants are totally in here... Cute? Not to these American fashionistas
3. Spicy in Europe has the same kick as vanilla pudding
4. Met a 50 yr old man from Canada that loves my soap opera like me.
5. No wonder the French don't watch tv, it's all American shows dubbed to the french language ie law and order and many others.
6. We have decided if the French hate Americans so much they need to stop listening to britney spears, lady gaga, beyonce and many many more
7. Dogs poop on the sidewalks here and no one picks it up!
8. It's impossible to go hungry here, we bought a baguette for 80 cents
9. Waitresses stand on the sidewalks and recruit you to come eat at their restaurant... A little intimidating to us.
10. Apparently it's okay to start jack hammering the cement outside a hotel at 7 am. If they could understand me I would have a few words for them, none appropriate for our viewing audience.
11. France may be known for topless beaches but unfortunately most of the topless occupNts are 50+ and 50+ pounds overweight.
12. People here have a MUCH smaller personal bubble than we do...
13. We talk way too fast for people here and apparently too loud considering the women on the train next to us were plugging their ears :)
14. Contrary to popular belief 6 euros can buy you 2 bottles of wine 2 baguette 1 block of questionable smelly cheese and a super afternoon.
15. No matter how hard we try we are unable to control the showerheads and the amount of flooding in the bathroom due to unidentifiable circumstances...

New Itinerary...

We changed our flight to 10 days earlier due to the fact that we would rather stay in nice places and not stay as long then stay in ghetto hostel dorms and fear for our stuff and our lives... I'll speak for myself and say I'm pretty sure k was kidding myself that I could handle the backpacking lifestyle! Plus it's thanksgiving and what's the holidays without family... If we stayed here we trade turkey for bratwurst, ham for paninis, greenbean casserole for pasta, and trade the pies for gelato and nutella crepes :)
